Our major donors have continued to financially support the work of the AMDF, fulfilling their ethical, corporate and social responsibility. Combined, their funds have helped AMDF achieve some incredible milestones from the funding of major projects to granting AMDF PhD scholarship.
We gratefully acknowledge the following organisations for their amazing support:
Thyne Reid Foundation
The Thyne Reid Foundation is an Australian benevolent grant making institution established in Australia in 1945.
For over 65 years it has helped the Australian not for profit sector by contributing to the success of over 500 Australian charitable organisations including the AMDF.
Petra Capital
Petra Capital is an independently owned, boutique, Australian institutional stockbroking firm, which provides specialised services to financial/institutional clients and to mining/industrial companies.
Fundamental to the way Petra Capital undertakes its business activities, are sound ethics and good morals. In addition to rewarding its employees for quality work and commercial success, Petra Capital is conscious of its social responsibility and the need to make contributions towards people less fortunate in our society. To date, Petra Capital has made donations to a range of charitable, welfare and support organisations including the AMDF and will continue to share its success with those in need.
Vodafone Foundation
Since its beginning in 2002, the Vodafone Foundation has been creating opportunities for individuals to make a sustainable difference to the community.
Working hand in hand with Vodafone, the Vodafone Foundation believes in the power of an individual to make a difference to the world they live in, which is why the Vodafone Foundation invests in people and organisations to help empower them to reach their full potential.
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson is dedicated to advancing healthcare for people of all ages. Johnson & Johnson's commitment to social responsibility is reflected in the Johnson & Johnson Credo and exemplified by a number of key community initiatives described in their Contributions Annual Report.

The Media Federation of Australia (MFA) is the peak body representing media communication companies. The MFA is a non-for-profit organisation established in 1997 with a current membership base that represents around 72% of all media billings placed by Media Agencies in Australia.
MFA donated $10 from every seat sold at the Media Federation Awards to make up prize for best pro bono ad.
Anonymous Donors
The AMDF has also been the grateful recipient of a number of major donations from groups that wish to remain anonymous. You know who you are - we definitely know who you are - so thank you!
